If you want to cancel an order that has not been shipped, just give us a call at (316)-243-0011 or (316) 260-0134 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can cancel the order for you.
However, if your order has been shipped and you want to cancel your order, you are responsible to pay for the shipping charge for the return of the merchandise to us as policy.
We highly suggest you reading the operating manual in details, so you can understand how to use products efficiently. If you have any questions regarding the technical aspects of our products, please feel free to contact us for technical support via email email@example.com.
If the package is damaged in transit by UPS/Fedex/USPS, you should file a claim to UPS/Fedex/USPS companies. Please have your UPS/Fedex/USPS tracking number ready before calling them.

We offer free USPS and UPS ground service shipping to our customers within the continent of the United States for all orders (except Hawaii and Alaska, we will pay for 1/2 shipping charge). If you want to cancel your order after we have shipped you the merchandise, you are responsible to pay for the shipping charge for the return of the merchandise to us.
If you provide us with an incorrect address or nobody receives the merchandise when UPS delivers, you are responsible to pay for the shipping charge.

We use UPS/Fedex/USPS Ground Service for standard shipping. If you place an order with us before 12:00 PM Pacific Time, we will ship the product(s) to you on the same day by /Fedex/USPS Ground Service. UPS/Fedex/USPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select and other shipping methods are also available.
Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the product(s) with original invoice provided due to defectiveness. However, all products must be returned in its original packaging and in marketable condition. They must also include the operating manuals and all accessories that came with it.
If you are not satisfied with our product due to defectiveness, we'll be happy to exchange for the same or an identical product that works properly. All return MUST be in original and marketable condition, subject to our approval.
*** For all Harddrive Products, exchange only for the same item if they were defective. These products can not be return for refund or exchange other products due to copying.
