Cancel Order:
    If you want to cancel an order that has not been shipped, just give us a call at (316) 260-0134 or email to sales@viettech.us, so we can cancel the order for you. 
 However, if your order has been shipped and you want to cancel your order, you are responsible to pay for the shipping charge for the return of the merchandise to us as policy.

Damaged Package
If the package is damaged in transit by UPS/Fedex/USPS, you should file a claim to UPS/Fedex/USPS companies. Please have your UPS/Fedex/USPS tracking number ready before calling them.



Free Shipping
(United States Customers Only)

     We offer free USPS and UPS ground service shipping to our customers within the continent of the United States for all orders (except Hawaii and Alaska, we will pay for 1/2 shipping charge). If you want to cancel your order after we have shipped you the merchandise, you are responsible to pay for the shipping charge for the return of the merchandise to us.
     If you provide us with an incorrect address or nobody receives the merchandise when UPS delivers, you are responsible to pay for the shipping charge.

International customers please contact us for price and shipping charge.



Shipping policy
     We use UPS/Fedex/USPS Ground Service for standard shipping. If you place an order with us before 12:00 PM Pacific Time, we will ship the product(s) to you on the same day by /Fedex/USPS Ground Service. UPS/Fedex/USPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select and other shipping methods are also available.

Returns policy
Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the product(s) with original invoice provided due to defectiveness. However, all products must be returned in its original packaging and in marketable condition. They must also include the operating manuals and all accessories that came with it.

Exchange policy
     If you are not satisfied with our product due to defectiveness, we'll be happy to exchange for the same or an identical product that works properly.  All return MUST be in original and marketable condition, subject to our approval.

  • Inspection for Defectiveness: All products returned are inspected by our technicians before an exchange or refund is processed.
  • Return: All products must be returned in its original packaging and in marketable condition. All return must be pre-approved by our sales return department.  We will not process a return without prior authorization. 
  • Re-Stocking Fee: You will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee if you want to have full cash refund.  Shipping is non-refundable. 
  • Returns with Missing Items: Returns that have missing parts or are in non-marketable condition will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee plus cost of replacing the missing parts.
  • Defect when received: We will gladly exchange any defective products within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. Please inspect your package and notify us immediately for any product defectiveness when you receive your shipment.  We will pay for shipping cost for return due to product defectiveness. After 15 days, buyer will be responsible for shipping cost on returning product.
  • Shipping Cost Reimbursement: We will not reimburse you the shipping costs if you return the defective product (s) via an authorized shipping method (i.e. Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select, etc.). The shipping method used for the exchange is at our discretion. However, you have the option of paying for the difference of an authorized shipping method. You will bear any additional fees for special services such as carrier pick-up.
  • Non-Exchange: Product that is returned as defective, which cannot be verified, or is damaged due to apparent misuse or neglect will not be accepted for exchange. We may send back the product to you at your expenses. Neither an exchange nor a refund will be processed.

*** For all Harddrive Products, exchange only for the same item if they were defective.  These products can not be return for refund or exchange other products due to copying.
